岗位职责:
1、 了解商用数字化营销全链路,从多渠道营销获客-线索孵化培育以及完成销售闭环
2、 结合客户营销及线索增长诉求,针对不同典型业务场景营销输出客户营销策略,包括但不限于线上线下营销方案
3、 业务模式以端到端为主,营销形式包括但不限于内容/活动/网站/精准广告/ABM/私域等
4、 前后端多组织协同,确定并搭建整体线索孵化模型并优化,以MQL为基础目标,驱动业务增长,并最终为商机&Rev增长价值负责
5、 基于商用营销自动化的需求和实现的功能,协同技术共同来进行平台的建设、标签体系优化
6、 协同多部门资源,推动其他相关项目的快速落地,以及效果管理,为项目落地及保障运营负责
岗位要求:
1、 熟悉数字营销策略及相关Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud能力,具备了解CDP/DMP等相关数字营销能力及知识
2、 对商用产品/品牌推广有深厚经验和实操技能,能够构建整体传播逻辑和整合营销节奏,并落地
3、 5年以上相关工作经验,3C行业商用推广端owner实操经验者优先
4、 对商用产品/品牌推广有深厚经验和实操技能,能够构建整体传播逻辑和整合营销节奏并落地
5、 具备较强的沟通表达能力,思维敏捷,执行力强,有良好的责任与服务意识,及数据归因决策分析能力
