岗位职责:
1、 以商用业务(B2B/企业级客户)销售增长为核心目标,结合客户生命周期营销(从潜客触达到忠诚度培养)及线索转化需求,制定数据驱动的数字营销整体策略,提升品牌影响力和销售线索转化率
2、 主导商用场景下的内容营销,通过内容分层精准匹配客户决策旅程,协同内容团队产出符合商用场景的营销素材,提升内容获客效率;
3、 熟悉ABM营销、营销技术和工具、有较强的数据分析能力;监控各渠道投放效果,持续优化ROI,定期输出可行动的数据洞察报告,推动策略迭代
4、 根据公司战略规划,统筹执行商用项目的整合营销,包括SEO/SEM、社交媒体内容营销、EDM&程序化广告、行业展会/Webinar事件营销等渠道的整合运营。
5、 探索并落地前沿营销技术工具(如CDP、AI驱动的客户洞察等),提升营销效率;推动营销流程标准化和自动化,降低获客成本,缩短销售转化周期;
岗位要求:
1、 本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告学、商业管理等相关专业优先,5年以上专注于B2B/商用领域的数字营销经验,有成功的企业级客户营销案例。
2、 出色的文案策划能力,能独立输出针对企业客户的内容策略,熟悉B2B营销漏斗模型,具备从流量获取到销售转化的全流程经验。
3、 精通主流数字营销&数据分析工具(如AI工具,Power BI、营销自动化平台等)。具备较强的数据分析能力。
4、 逻辑清晰,结果导向,能承受高强度工作压力。优秀的跨部门沟通能力和项目管理经验。
