Your Key Responsibilities Assist and collaborate with the recruitment and employer branding teams to develop and implement effective talent acquisition and branding strategies. Assist in managing the recruitment process and efficiency, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. Support the analysis of recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and assist in optimizing recruitment channels and processes. Coordinate employer brand projects to enhance market influence and increase the attractiveness of the employer brand to both internal and external market. Utilize social media and digital platforms to support employer branding initiatives. Work closely with various departments to understand and facilitate their needs and potential collaboration opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment and employer branding efforts. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Familiarity with recruitment channels, tools and systems, and basic data analysis skills. Familiarity with employer branding concept and projects, and experience in projects management. Creative thinker with the ability to aid in developing innovative strategies for recruiting and employer branding. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships across different levels of the organization.
