Your role:
Administrative Support:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of the Medical Department.Manage schedules, including appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.Communication:Act as a liaison between the Head of the Medical Department and other departments, staff, and external stakeholders.Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and respond as appropriate.Project Coordination:Assist in the planning and execution of departmental projects and initiatives.Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress, ensuring deadlines are met.Data Management:Maintain and update departmental records and databases.Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics as required.Meeting Coordination:Organize departmental meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldProven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
