岗位职责：

1.    负责智能座舱研发项目全生命周期管理；对智能座舱研发项目整体进度负责，全程参与并领导项目规划、风险管理、变更管理、资源及费用管理等活动，确保项目按交付并达成质量、时间和成本标准。

2.    在复杂项目内多子项目并行条件下，管理研发团队内优先级及中远期项目规划，协调资源确保项目集进度、整体项目目标达成。

3.    建立和执行高效的跨部门协同机制，与客户、研发，生产和售后等相关团队进行高效沟通和紧密合作，确保项目目标达成。

4.    负责统一内部项目流程的制定和推广落地；结合业务和团队特点积累沉淀项目管理方法论；持续抽象将通用流程/规范平台化，完善相关工具链建设，提升项目交付效率和质量。

5.    组织团队配合BD进行项目获取，报价等。

岗位要求：

1.    本科及以上学历，8年以上汽车行业工作经验。

2.    熟练运用各种项目管理工具，持有PMP/SCRUM等认证为佳。

3.    有软硬件综合性智能座舱项目管理及量产经验，以欧洲客户、特别是德系客户经验为佳。

4.    有强的独立思考，逻辑思维和分析能力，高效驱动复杂问题的解决。

5.    优秀的沟通协调能力，能够引导项目各方参与讨论并达成有效共识。

6.    责任心强，积极主动，结果导向意识强，抗压能力强。

7.    英语读写流畅、口头沟通流利，有欧美国家生活、工作经验优先。

8.    有国际、国内知名tier1经验优先，有新势力或者互联网公司经验优先。
