Description and Requirements 岗位职责：1. 对智能座舱和其它车载娱乐系统的系统需求进行分析和拆解，包括硬件、结构、软件、功能、测试、法规等方面。2. 负责挖掘、收集、整理客户需求，分析相应系统需求并完成系统架构设计。3. 遵循项目及系统开发流程完成系统开发文档的建立、评审及发布。4. 支持产品硬件方案的制定，推动解决开发过程中遇到的重点问题。5. 项目过程中，对整体需求，交付节点，交付物，开发流程，质量进行把控。6. 支持完成部门安排的其他任务。岗位要求:1. 教育背景：电子、计算机、汽车工程、自动控制等相关专业本科及以上学历。2. 产品经验：5+年以上工作经验，3+年以上智能座舱产品开发经验，有RSE开发经验者优先。3. 行业经验：有3+年以上汽车智能座舱或其它车载娱乐系统的经验，并有过1+年以上外资品牌如大众、宝马、通用、福特、丰田、本田等工作经验；有大众集团体系内公司经验的优先。4. 知识技能：a) 熟悉整车电子架构，了解整车电子系统相关知识。b) 了解汽车整车开发流程，汽车电子产品开发流程以及汽车电子产品生产过程。c) 熟悉智能座舱或车载娱乐系统硬件架构，软件架构及结构基础知识。d) 熟练使用办公软件、Jira、DOORS等相关开发工具。e) 熟悉 IATF6949，ASPICE质量管理体系流程。f) 熟悉ISO26262，ISO21434等安全国际标准。5. 个人素质：具有较好的组织、沟通、协调、分析判断、人际、执行、语言表达、学习能力；6. 语言能力：良好的英语听说读写能力；能用英语流利交流，包括但不限于面对面沟通，现场会议，在线会议以及邮件等。 Additional Locations:  * China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai） * China * China - Shanghai * China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai）
