Your Key Responsibilities Post intercompany transaction invoice for inventory, service, and fixed assets, etc. Prepare document for bank payment and ensure proper approvals in place. Participate month/year-end close activities, meet all timelines, ensure timely and accurately intercompany reconciliation. Act for outstanding items and aged issue clearance. Make AP aging report. Align accounts payables IC practices with corporate policies and procedures. Other ad-hoc work assigned by direct manager.
Your Qualifications Ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure and meet deadline. Good communication skills and problem solving skills. Good team player. > 3 Days per week, >6 months' internship.
