岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities：

1. 参与部门全年预算规划、费用分配等工作；了解部门项目规划并能熟练操作运营系统，确保各项目线上流程的顺利推进；

2. 支持集团Marketing活动、国际展会等项目；跟进各组项目进展并整理、撰写汇报邮件、PPT等材料； 

3. 协助组织策划和执行部门的团队活动，包括all-hands meeting、日常团建等；

4. 完成领导安排的其他工作内容。

岗位要求 / Job Requirements：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，英语、市场管理等相关专业优先； 

2. 英文能力优秀，可翻译书面材料、用作办公语言；

3. 熟练操作Office办公软件，PPT能力优秀；

4. 能积极调动内外部资源，具备多项目并行的能力；

5. 良好的沟通能力，有责任心，做事用心、踏实；

6. 一年以上工作经验。
