Your role:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for coating products, with a focus on pearlescent and specialty coatings.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the coatings industry.Support customer projects by providing technical and marketing expertise throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with sales, R&D, and technical teams to develop value propositions and product positioning.Manage product launches, promotional activities, and marketing communications.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and market dynamics to inform business decisions.Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports to support business growth.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Marketing, or a related field.Extensive experience in the pearlescent pigments or coatings industry is required.Proven track record in supporting customer projects, including technical and commercial aspects.Strong skills in market research, analysis, and strategic planning.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.Willingness to travel as required.
