Job Description

能够系统性地把产品设计要求转化成生产工艺要求，并负责实现和验证 （包括计算和仿真）

负责一个或者多个电机的生产工艺，熟悉工艺原理，相关设备以及分析手段。例如：绕线，焊接，打螺丝，机加工，胶水连接，压装等

使用统计方法来验证工艺的稳定性

开发生产设备的工艺参数

生产工艺和工艺流程的导入

作为工艺专家支持生产过程中较为复杂问题的解决

Qualifications

机械或电子相关专业，本科以上学历

>2年机械设计或汽车行业开发经验

熟练使用办公软件，掌握测量方法和测试规格

熟练掌握英文的听说读写
