General Summary:

As a leading technology innovator, Qualcomm pushes the boundaries of what's possible to enable next-generation experiences and drives digital transformation to help create a smarter, connected future for all. As a Qualcomm Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop, implement, and improve processes, methods, time standards, capacity plans, operation sequences, equipment, tools, materials, data analyses, spec setup, and production line layouts in the manufacturing of parts and assemblies. Qualcomm Manufacturing Engineers may collaborate with design engineering and other teams to improve product designs for manufacturing.

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.

负责模组封装后段工序设备管理以及稳定运行。 负责在线技术员的日常管理和工作安排。 负责工序潜在的效率提升,节约成本等项目推进。

工作内容:

带领团队,维护好设备的日常管理,确保设备处于稳定状态。 新技术导入设备升级,改善等活动。 带领团队技术员,合理安排各个班次的工作任务,异常问题汇总,解决。

安排活动,提升技术员的维修能力; 提升技术员的工作状态。

策划OEE、MTBA、MTBF等项目活动,通过改善设备能力提高设备利用率,效率。 策划设备的预防性维护和工具的校验制定计划表和相应的指导。 维护,修改和改进生产设备和工具以提高设备的利用率,效率和生产率。 具有镭射,切割,溅镀设备动手维修经验,有团队管理经验者优先。

二.任职资格

1.专业知识:

熟悉质量控制工具,英语和Office办公软件操作熟练。

具备设备运行,原理等专业领域知识,独立完成各项工作。

良好的汇报演示。

2. 工作经验:

在电子或相关企业内有10年以上的设备控制经验。

3.教育背景:

工科类本科及以上。

4. 个人技能及素质:

良好组织能力,较强的逻辑思维能力,乐于团队合作。
