Key Responsibilities:

Implement OLED EL materials business to panel makers in China. Manage and coordinate both technical and commercial requirements for the customers.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Report the critical findings about business, customer context, competition and propose the relevant solution accordingly.Maintain strong relationship with OLED customers to deeply understand customer needs and latest changes.Collaborate with internal local and overseas teams to deploy right resources to customers, joint evaluation, technical support, sampling plan, MP business stability etc.Prepare and present regular business reports internally.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify the critical factors for better understanding where our business opportunities go.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Material Science or Chemistry related majors.With strong business sense, good interpersonal and negotiation skill.Fluent whiten and spoken English.High analytical and problem solving+ organization and planning.Excellent communication skills, energetic and work with passion3+ years panel industry related experience Well understand of OLED materials/device design and display marketGood MS office in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
