仕事内容

★ミッション
・マネージドビジネスサービス本部に所属し、SAP ConcurのBPOサービスを運営するチームでビジネスの改善・拡大に貢献する
・サービス価値や部門内の業務効率を最大化するための仕組みづくりをする
・新しい製品やサービスに関する情報収集や検証を実施し、部門内や社内へフィードバックする

★具体的には
・　顧客情報のデータ整理
・　ツールを活用した業務改善
・　社内ドキュメントやサイト等を通じた情報収集
・　コンテンツ、資料作成
・　オペレーション業務
・　各種サポート業務
　など、幅広く実施頂きます。

★働く組織・環境
当社のマネージドビジネスサービス本部は社外パートナーや海外拠点のチームと連携して多拠点によるBPOサービスの提供を行っています。
システム製品面はもちろんのこと、サービス面からもSAP Concurのソリューションに広く触れることができるほか、BPOサービスの運営を通じて
お客様の間接費業務改革を強力に支援する楽しさや、さまざまな課題解決を体感することができます。
オフィス出社とリモートワークを組み合わせたハイブリッド型の働き方となります。

・1年以上勤務できる方
・コンスタントに週3日以上勤務できる方
・オフィスへの出社勤務ができる方（大手町/東京サテライトを中心に社員が居る拠点）
