Overall job purpose:
The Production Manager is responsible to implement Good Manufacture Practice in CMO (Contract manufacturing Organization) site, to ensure production operation under Company's standard and health authority regulations.
He or she will participate the virtual plant team (VPT) as the representative from production/facility operation, collaborate with other VPT functions, such as EMQ, supply chain, pharma tech of Company, and a direct governance of CMO production operations.
Your role:
The Production Manager is responsible for extensive tasks such as:
Actively participate the virtual plant team (VPT) as the representative from production/facility operation of CMO.Governance and ensure that drugs manufactured in CMO are produced and stored in accordance with approved technological procedures to ensure drug quality.Governance and ensure strict implementation of various operating procedures to production operations in CMO site.Governance and ensure that batch production records and batch packaging records are reviewed by designated personnel and sent to the quality management department.Governance and ensure the maintenance of CMO plant and equipment to keep it in good running condition.Governance and ensure that all necessary verification work is completed in CMO site.Governance and ensure that production personnel in CMO site to have undergone necessary pre-job training and continuous training and adjust the training content according to actual needs.Other tasks assigned by management.Key Performance Indicators:
Ensure CMO Final qualification results are conforming to the specifications.Ensure CMO process validation is done according to our requirements and in line with the current production process.Ensure CMO Production operations staff is hired in time and efficiently involved in the qualification.Ensure CMO “Working instructions” are issued on time and written according to the cGMP rules. The operator’s training is done according to the GMP requirement and the business needs.Good leadership and coaching skills within a virtual team organization

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical related field, Master preferableAt least 3 years experiences in pharmaceutical production and quality management, including at least 1 year of practical experience in production operations.At least 1 year experience in pharmaceutical quality managementExpertise in a pharmaceutical or Biotech operations, sterile products experience preferredGood knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes, automation, qualification and validationStrong understanding of regulatory pharmaceutical guidelines (GMP), particularly regarding external manufacturing requirements
