Job Responsibilities:

教育程度： 大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，机械相关专业

工作经验： 1年及以上汽车/变速箱设计与制造行业工作经验

专业技能要求：熟悉机械设计相关理论知识，熟练使用制图软件Proe，CATIA等，对变速器结构有一定的了解。了解失效模式及后果分析、CAE分析、几何尺寸和公差(GD&T)。了解壳体制造、装配、机加等工艺

能力要求：具备较好的分析问题与解决问题的能力，较强的团队协作能力，负责、严谨、细致。具有一定的沟通和谈判能力，保持和其它部门良好的合作，及时响应和解决各种问题

其他特殊要求：外语交流能力

岗位职责

1、产品开发

1) 配合项目组确定开发方案，配合项目组，与客户进行技术交流，绘制三维外形图给客户整车搭载

2) 项目方案确定后，绘制壳体类零件的三维数模及二维图纸，并将产品各个阶段的三维数模和二维图纸上传PLM系统

3) 支持FMEA，根据FMEA输出，核对并在PLM上传壳体类SCIF（特殊特性识别表）

4) 提供壳体三维数模给CAE小组进行分析，并根据CAE小组的分析结果优化数模

5) 负责壳体类产品的设计变更，跟踪BPM流程，并在PLM系统下发变更通知单及图纸

6) 参与试制及生产技术支持，协助解决样件、装配、试验及售后等问题

7) 负责竞争对手产品的分析报告，支持降本分析工作，确保产品具备先进性及竞争力

2、产品管理

1) 负责成品供应商技术交流，解决产品开发问题，

2) 负责成品的验收 负责毛坯供应商技术交流，毛坯技术状态的确定，解决毛坯开发中的问题，并跟踪毛坯制作

3、现场监察

1）协助SQD（供应商技术支持）对供应商现场监察，完成领导安排的主机厂家的技术访问工作

4、部门内部管理

1) 参与项目组织的例会，确保壳体设计符合项目要求

2) 积极参与培训、团队建设、企业文化等部门建设工作

3) 积极申请专利以及创新方案解决设计问题

5、遵守与执行体系要求

1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、税务、会计、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
3）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关安全生产、劳动保护、环境保护法规和政策
4）负责参与公司“四新”项目的环保、职业健康安全 “三同时”评审
5）负责工艺改进、新品开发、替代材料的环境影响、健康安全的分析、评审
6）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改
7）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议
8）负责了解Mafact基础知识，参与Mafact相关活动
