Responsible for developing and implementing frontline sales and channel training programs, enhancing sales teams' knowledge, selling skills, and effective communication of product knowledge and brand philosophy.
【工作内容】
• 建立面向门店店员、ECP、销售团队的系统化镜架培训体系
• 设计并落地培训内容,包括整镜动销逻辑、产品知识、搭配技巧与销售话术
• 跟踪培训效果与产出指标,结合数据闭环进行内容优化
• 与销售、市场、产品部门协作,推动内容在门店端的转化落地
【经验】
◦ 5年以上零售培训或眼镜行业终端运营经验,具备门店动销经验者优先
【 技能】
◦ 擅长课程开发与培训设计,熟悉门店销售流程及培训落地
◦ 能基于终端数据调整培训方案以提升转化率
【教育】
◦ 本科及以上学历,市场营销、教育、心理学等相关专业优先
【其他】
◦ 高度结果导向,能够与终端门店高效互动,适应多地出差
- Systematic Training Development: Design and execute structured training programs tailored to store staff, Eye Care Professionals (ECP), and sales teams.
- Training Content Design & Execution: Develop training materials covering sales logic, detailed product knowledge, selling skills, and customer communication strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor training outcomes using measurable KPIs, analyze effectiveness, and continuously refine training strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective training implementation at store level.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training or terminal operations; store sales experience highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in course development, training methodologies, and data analysis.
- Results-oriented mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable to frequent travel.
