At the IBM Japan Group, effective sales activities are driven by close collaboration among the Sales Division, Consulting Division, and Sales Support Administrators. At ISOC, a wide range of professionals are actively engaged in sales support operations. Job Description This position is for a Sales Support Administrator at IBM Staff Operations & Coordination (ISOC), a group company of IBM—one of the world’s leading IT enterprises. The specific area of responsibility will be proposed during the selection process, based on your skills and experience. Example Responsibilities You will support a wide range of tasks related to contracts and service delivery, in close communication with IBM’s sales and related departments, following established operational manuals.
