【仕事内容(Job Description)】 

商業施設のプロパティマネジメント職として施設のマネジメントに携わって頂きます。 

・施設オーナーへの各種提案、折衝、調整業務 

・施設の資産価値向上施策の立案・実施 

・地域の特性や文化を生かした企画業務 

・施設のリニューアル計画の立案・実施 

・テナント誘致・管理(契約管理、レントロール計画・実施など) 

・施設収支計画の立案・実施 

・施設維持管理計画の策定 

・各種プロジェクト進捗管理等のプロジェクトマネジメント 

・施設の販売促進業務 

・施設の収益管理・テナント売上管理 

など

<求められる経験、知識、スキル> 

事業会社等での実務経験3年以上 

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointの基本操作 

【あると良いスキル・経験】 

◎商業施設での運営管理業務の経験をお持ちの方 

◎流通・小売業において店舗開発の経験がある方 

◎流通・小売業においてマネジメント経験のある方
