Position Overview:
The Commercial Insight and Data Management Expert will play a critical role in transforming business needs into actionable insights and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, a strong understanding of database architecture, and the capability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams. Additionally, this role will involve initiating and supporting AI projects that enhance organizational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Needs Analysis:

Collaborate with various stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and objectives.Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business goals.Ensure that digital initiatives are effectively integrated across the organization.

Data Visualization and Reporting:

Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven insights.Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, enabling informed business decisions.

Database Architecture Understanding:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of database architecture and its implications for data management.Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity and optimal database performance.

AI Project Initiation:

Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for IT and data science teams.Lead the initiation of AI projects by identifying opportunities where AI can enhance operational efficiency and product offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to drive data-centric initiatives.Act as a liaison between business and IT experts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in data management, business intelligence, and digital strategy development.

Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI, with a strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization expertise.

Solid understanding of database architecture and data modeling concepts.

Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications for AI project implementation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
