工作职责:
1.与经销商紧密合作,开发及维护商业公司。
2.完成医院准入及 VBP 保留目标,最小化停控事件及影响。
3.制定及落地适合区域市场的项目。
4.支持 NRDL/PRDL 等医保推动和落地工作,协助支持集采、保供、 二次议价等相关政策落地。
5.合规、知识与管控风险管理。
任职要求:
1. 本科学历及以上,具备医药或相关背景优先
2. 3 年以上医药行业销售管理经验或市场工作经验优先,具备关键客 户管理工作经验优先
3. 敬业有激情、责任心强,拥抱创新变革,具备抗压能力,适应出差
4. 良好的谈判及表达能力,专业化、学术化、具备一定危机处理能力
5. 具备入职后能办理招商银行信用卡的资格(通过报销的业务消费必 须使用公司商务信用卡 )
