• 基于区域生态群属地策略，制定本生态圈发展目标，并对目标的负责实施计划和跟进有效性

• 率领团队与客户建立广泛的合作和信任，并共同为罗氏产品组合相关领域的规范诊疗水平提高而积极采取行动

• 同生态圈合作伙伴合作，提高当地生态圈医疗质量，提升患者获益

•加入生态圈管理委员会，参与区域生态群人员及业务管理，并率领团队制定并执行相应计划

•吸引，辅导和发展生态圈各角色职能的团队成员，实现生态圈人才的复合性发展
