Job Responsibilities:

1．管理及流程，能力提升

1）参与部门相关管理流程建立开发；

2）参与能力提升计划，制定相关能力提升计划并实施。

2．参与产品设计开发工作

1）负责系统功能开发的达成；

2）负责系统需求分解到子系统、零部件；

3）负责功能开发过程中的问题解决；

4）制定故障诊断及反应措施；

5）参与客户审核、供应商审核等；

6）按公司产品开发流程完成项目要求的各项交付工作；

7）与项目管理层、项目负责人及其他职能部门负责人密切协调，并在项目评审会上报告工作进展。

3．负责功能开发的经验教训总结

1）负责产品功能开发时回顾以往经验教训；

2）参与产品功能开发的失效模式及后果进行分析 ；

3）负责产品功能开发过程中的经验教训。

4．参与功能集成部门问题解决及优化措施制定

1）参与部门问题的分析解决；

2）参与部门的经验教训总结；

3）持续优化部门问题解决的方法措施以提高效率；

4）及时沟通汇报以防存在不必要的风险及隐患。

5．遵守与执行体系要求

1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、税务、会计、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求；

2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作；
3）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关安全生产、劳动保护、环境保护法规和政策；
4）负责参与公司“四新”项目的环保、职业健康安全 “三同时”评审；
5）负责工艺改进、新品开发、替代材料的环境影响、健康安全的分析、评审；
6）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改；
7）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议；
8）负责了解Mafact基础知识，参与Mafact相关活动。
