制定客户解决方案团队策略及计划

⮚结合领域及行业发展及需求，制定差异化客户解决方案模块，提高核心竞争力，促进业务发展

⮚整合提供和实施以生殖中心，客户和患者为中心的综合解决方案，撬动生意发展：

      -与内部跨部门团队和外部合作伙伴紧密合作，识别和分析全国及区域各市场患者旅程

      情况，整合内外部资源及平台，整合发展出提供能帮助客户实现对疾病早识早诊早治

      早管的综合解决方案。

      -推动综合解决方案在全国有效实施。

      -调研、诊断及反馈综合解决方案的优化及生意发展机会，推动公司跨部门不断提升客  户和患者的体验。

⮚支持和配合销售团队及市场团队卓越相关项目的全国实施及管理：

      -支持和配合公司卓越相关项目在全国有效实施。

      -管理及监督客户解决方案项目在所辖区域的实施情况，洞察和反馈执行中的问题、或机会，促进公司项目的不断优化。

      -支持和参与市场调研及客户调研，了解洞察和反馈客户需求，为上市卓越项目和客户解决方案的开发提供洞见和支持。

⮚客户生态系统建设和客户关系管理：

       -识别和建立关键客户和合作伙伴关系，建立战略协作联系，促进长期合作。

       -定期与客户及合作伙伴沟通，洞察需求及变化，为公司策略制定和项目实施提供支持。

       -有效整合内外部资源及平台，建立以客户和患者为中心的区域战略合作伙伴关系及网络。

⮚    创建支持患者诊疗及疾病管理旅程优化及简化的生态系统和平台。
