国内のグローバル企業向けの再保険手配にかかるブローキング業務。グローバル保険市場における再保険会社との保険条件、保険料、引受キャパシティに関する交渉や、日本国内の元受保険会社との交渉を行う。海外のBowring Marshからの依頼による海外顧客のための日本国内保険マーケットでの引受け交渉を担当。Marshの法人営業部門と連携し、既存顧客および見込顧客への営業活動を支援。その他、再保険会社が引受判断を行うための資料作成や海外オフィスからの要請事項に対応し、再保険契約締結に必要な書類を作成・管理するなど、再保険手配にかかわる関連業務。You need to have:
保険会社での3〜5年の勤務経験（特に損害保険会社における再保険関連業務または再保険会社での経験があると尚良）。Excel、Word、PowerPointを使用したビジネス資料作成スキル。ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み、書き、会話）What makes you stand out:
