岗位职责:
‒ 根据机器人具体场景需求(如智能仓储物流、智能零售、智能导购交互等)，设计并高效开发机器人任务级核心应用。
‒ 开发和维护稳定、易用的机器人应用开发框架、通信协议和软件SDK
‒ 与产品、算法、硬件团队紧密合作，确保应用开发符合整体系统架构设计，并支持高效迭代
‒ 对应用性能及可靠性进行优化与测试

岗位要求:

1. 学历与经验
计算机科学、机器人学、自动化、电子工程或相关专业；
3年及以上具身智能机器人项目相关研发方向工作经验.

2.技术能力

‒ 熟悉 Python 或 C++ 编程语言，有良好的代码开发规范和调试能力。
‒ 熟悉ROS/ROS2、有机器人行业相关经验者优先，有工业控制软件开发经验者优先
‒ 熟悉具身智能的核心理论知识与技术挑战，包括感知、决策（推理/规划）、执行（运动控制）等方面

3. 机器人相关知识

‒ 掌握机器人动力学、运动学基础知识。
‒ 熟悉常见机器人算法（如路径规划、SLAM、传感器融合）及其在具身智能中的应用。
‒ 有机械臂、移动机器人等平台的相关仿真或实际开发调试经验者优先。

4. 其他能力

‒ 良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队高效协作
‒ 较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够快速定位并解决仿真中的复杂问题
‒ 英语读写能力优秀，能够阅读和理解技术文档及论文, 英语沟通流利者优先。
