Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.Follow up on the signing process, circulation, and archiving of contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure timely signingMaintain electronic and paper contract archives, regularly organize and update ledgers, and ensure document traceabilityAssist in digitizing supply management reports and optimize data entry, statistics, and analysis processes using tools such as PowerBi /Excel /VBA /PythonDesign report automation templates or tools to improve the efficiency of supply chain report data processing

Qualifications for the role

Supply chain management, computer relatedProficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables, chart making), data analysis tools PowerBi, RBA…Good teamwork and communication skillsPossess strong data sorting and learning abilities, ensuring at least three months of employment
