Description and Requirements 岗位职责：负责联想内外部供应链领域数字化项目实施，涵盖需求计划、主计划、MRP、APS、采购、物流仓储、风险管理及指标体系设计等业务。依据客户需求与行业特性，独立设计定制化供应链数字化解决方案，包含流程优化、系统选型集成与数据管理等内容。把控供应链解决方案全生命周期，从规划、设计、开发到实施、测试、上线，保障方案落地并达成预期效果。与技术团队协作，提供业务需求文档，明确功能与技术指标，协助完成系统开发部署。为客户提供供应链解决方案培训与技术支持，处理使用问题，收集反馈并优化方案。关注供应链行业动态与技术趋势，结合公司战略和业务需求，提出创新性方案与产品优化建议。岗位要求：拥有供应链管理、物流管理、工业工程、计算机科学与技术等相关专业学习背景。具备 5 年以上供应链管理或供应链解决方案相关工作经验，有供应链数字化项目经验者优先，熟悉至少一个行业的供应链运作模式。精通供应链管理理论和方法，熟悉供应链各环节业务流程与操作规范。熟悉 ERP、SCM、WMS、OMS、TMS 等常见供应链数字化解决方案软件产品。具备较强数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel、SQL、Python 等工具进行数据处理与分析。了解大数据、人工智能、物联网等数字化技术在供应链领域的应用，有系统实施或开发经验者优先。具备良好文档撰写能力，可独立完成需求分析报告、解决方案文档等材料编写。拥有优秀的中英文口语沟通能力，具备出色的沟通协作能力，能与多方高效沟通。具备较强的问题解决与逻辑思维能力，能快速处理供应链解决方案实施中的问题。拥有高度责任心与自我驱动力，可承受工作压力，适应出差和项目现场工作。 Additional Locations:  * China - Tianjin - 天津（Tianjin） * China * China - Tianjin * China - Tianjin - 天津（Tianjin）
