岗位职责
1. 设计板卡自动化测试方案，开发测试脚本与工具链（如BMC管理功能自动化）。
2. 执行信号完整性测试与电源测试，输出眼图、抖动、纹波等关键参数报告。
3. 结合行业趋势融合，定义对国产化硬件（如华为鲲鹏、飞腾CPU）和异构计算卡（如GPU/DPU）测试的要求，以及对高速连接和能效比的测试要求。
岗位要求
1. 技术能力
- 硬件测试核心技能
熟悉服务器板卡（如主板、RAID卡、GPU卡、FPGA加速卡、网卡）的硬件架构与功能模块。
掌握板卡测试关键指标：信号完整性（SI/PI）、电源完整性、时序分析、高低温可靠性测试。
熟练使用测试仪器：示波器、逻辑分析仪、网络分析仪、万用表、电源负载仪等。
- 固件与驱动测试
熟悉板卡固件（UEFI/BIOS、BMC、FPGA固件）测试流程，能通过工具（如IPMI、Redfish）验证功能。
了解Linux/Windows驱动测试方法，定位硬件与驱动兼容性问题。
- 自动化测试开发
精通Python/C/C++等语言，开发板卡自动化测试脚本（如基于SATA/SAS/I2C/PCIe协议通信）。
熟悉硬件测试框架（如LabVIEW、TestStand）或自研自动化测试平台搭建。
- 协议与接口
深入理解硬件通信协议：PCIe、SATA/SAS、DDR、USB、I2C、SPI、UART等。
熟悉高速接口（如PCIe 5.0、DDR5、100G以太网）的信号质量测试与调试方法。
- 协同与调试能力
能阅读硬件原理图、PCB Layout，配合硬件工程师分析设计缺陷。
熟悉硬件调试工具（JTAG、Xilinx Vivado、Intel Quartus）及故障根因定位方法。
2. 经验要求
3年以上服务器板卡或硬件测试开发经验，主导过板卡功能/性能/可靠性测试项目
熟悉硬件开发流程（如IPC标准、EVT/DVT/PVT阶段）及测试标准（JEDEC、PCI-SIG）。
3. 软技能
逻辑严谨，能从硬件底层原理分析测试结果，提出改进建议。
具备跨团队协作能力（硬件开发、驱动开发、系统测试团队）。
关注硬件技术趋势（如CXL协议、液冷散热设计、先进封装工艺对测试的影响）。
4. 加分项
熟悉FPGA/CPLD验证流程，或具备硬件描述语言（Verilog/VHDL）基础。
有硬件相关认证（IPC认证、PCI-SIG Compliance认证）。
参与过开源硬件项目，或发表过硬件测试相关技术文档/专利。
