The Position

岗位职责：

内容创作与管理：协助撰写、编辑传播文案及设计。协助筹备和执行媒体活动，并进行现场支持。支持部门内部的沟通与协作，确保信息流畅传达。协助收集和整理传播数据库，形成洞察为优化传播效果提供支持。

岗位资质：

新闻、传播、市场营销、中文、英语等相关专业在读本科或研究生具备良好的写作能力与内容编辑能力，能独立撰写新闻稿或宣传文案熟练使用办公软件及新媒体平台（如微信公众号、微博、抖音、小红书等）具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，工作积极主动对品牌传播、公关活动或内容创作有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经验者优先每周可实习3天以上
