The Product Manager oversees the overall product roadmap and marketing strategy, analyzing consumer demands and market trends deeply. This role is responsible for end-to-end management of product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring successful market introductions and promotions.

[商品线规划] 负责研究行业竞品发展趋势,持续收集国内外新品动态,发现消费者、市场和技术前瞻信息,制定新品企划案及商品线规划,产品矩阵管理和单品生命周期运营管理。
[产品生命周期管理] 全面管理产品生命周期,从初步概念、开发、测试、原型制作到发布及上市后的表现分析。持续评估产品性能和客户反馈,进行改进和更新。公司产品信息系统管理
[新品上市及推广方案] 协同TradeMarketing制定新品上市及推广方案,负责整合月度产品营销资源,针对重点款式制定并执行营销方案,跟进推广落实。
[营销应用] 拟定产品上市营销应用落地,管理保障设计,以及产品视觉表现、道具呈现,统筹新品上市测试及用户反馈;
[用户洞察及消费者调研] 分析行业发展趋势,洞察消费者需求,提供产品中长期开发方向。
[价值主张提炼] 深入分析市场需求与客户痛点,提炼产品的核心利益点(如解决特定问题、提升效率等),形成差异化价值主张,指导产品定位。
【经验】
• 5年以上产品管理&市场或品牌经理经验,3年以上产品线管理经验
• 具备新消费品行业或头部服装行业同等职位的产品企划管理经验
【技能】
• 熟悉产品定位、系列规划及产品开发全流程。
• 具备出色的行业洞察和数据分析能力。
• 有全盘商品规划经验者优先。
• 具备强大的沟通协调能力,能够与跨部门团队紧密合作
【教育】
产品管理、工业设计、商业或相关领域的学士学位。MBA优先考虑。
英语听说读写熟练,能够在工作中自如使用以及汇报工作

Define product positioning aligned with brand guidelines; manage packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies including creating strong hero products.
[Product Definition & Planning]
Translate market insights into detailed product specifications, ensuring alignment with target customer needs throughout product development phases.
[Market Strategy Development]
Formulate pricing strategies, promotional plans, and annual marketing objectives, conducting competitive analyses and consumer behavior studies.
[Product Line Management]
Lead research on competitive products and global market trends to plan comprehensive product lines and lifecycle management.
[Lifecycle & Information System Management]
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept, development, prototyping, testing, and performance analysis post-launch.
[Support Trade Marketing]
Collaborate with Trade Marketing to ensure robust launch and promotional plans.
[Marketing Application & Visualization]
Oversee the visual presentation, POSM, testing of new products, and incorporate consumer feedback post-launch.
[Consumer Insight & Research]
Conduct consumer research, analyzing industry trends to guide medium and long-term product development strategies.
5+ years in product management, 3+ years product line management; experienced in consumer goods planning; MBA preferred. Strong adaptability, strategic mindset, data insights to decision, and leadership qualities; willing to travel as needed.
English proficiency preferred.
