Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities: * Act as the connection between business stakeholders and the digital development team to ensure alignment on customer experience strategies. * Analyze and define business requirements for 2C digital experiences, focusing on enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. * Collaborate with a global team to integrate and implement innovative solutions that meet regional and international market needs. * Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories. * Utilize data-driven insights to propose enhancements and optimizations for the digital consumer journey.

Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on 2C digital products. * Experience in E-commerce or the Home Furnishing industry is an advantage. * Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a global team. * Overseas work or study experience is preferred, bringing a valuable global perspective. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.



Work Experience

This position requires a candidate with a background in consumer products, excellent English communication skills, and a preference for those with overseas work or study experience. Experience in E-commerce or the Home Furnishing industry is a plus.
