一、岗位职能
1、负责AMAZON 业务运营和销售管理，主要品类为3C消费电子和智能设备；
2、负责AMAZON团队的日常管理工作，包括业务规范、流程建设、分工协调，等等；同时要协调好公司内部流程和各部门强沟通，提升运营效率。
3、精通亚马逊上架规则，精通亚马逊listing规则，熟悉亚马逊市场上产品开发方法及技巧，处理争议差评；提高客户满意度；
4、跟进市场行情，收集分析市场状况及竞争对手状况，进行分析汇总，制定有效的竞争销售策略；
5、精通AMAZON广告推广技巧，熟悉社交平台分享网站推广；
6、熟悉亚马逊各项政策，对维护和管理帐号安全有丰富经验；
7、制作销售明细报表，进行销售分析；
8、领导交办的其它工作。
二、任职要求
1、统招本科及以上学历，具有良好的英语读写能力（CET-6/雅思7.0或以上）；
2、8年以上跨境电商运营经验，至少4年团队管理经验，30-50人的团队规模；
3、熟悉精品模式，操盘过5亿以上体量业务优先；
4、团队领导力和人际沟通能力，能够激励团队成员，促进跨部门合作；
5、数据分析能力和商业敏感度，能够基于数据制定策略，驱动业务增长。
6、沟通能力强，能独立解决各种客户问题，包括咨询、售后、处理投诉等；
7.  具备较强的市场敏锐感和长期观；
