岗位职责：

架构设计与技术选型

负责超融合存储、分布式存储系统的架构设计，结合Ceph、GlusterFS、MinIO等开源框架或自研技术，满足企业级存储需求；针对OpenStack（如Cinder、Swift）与Kubernetes（如CSI、Operator）生态进行适配优化，实现存储服务与云平台的深度集成 。

方案实施与性能优化

主导存储产品在复杂场景下的部署与调优，解决高并发、低延迟、数据一致性等技术难题；持续优化存储系统的弹性扩展能力、资源利用率及安全性，提升产品竞争力 。

团队协作与技术攻关

协同研发、运维及产品团队，推动存储技术方案的端到端落地；攻克智算存储场景下的技术瓶颈，如AI训练数据的高速读写、冷热数据分层存储等 。

技术预研与行业洞察

跟踪存储领域前沿技术（如NVMe-oF、存算一体、Serverless存储），结合业务需求进行技术转化；输出技术白皮书、专利或行业标准，提升团队及公司在存储领域的技术影响力 。

岗位要求：

1、熟悉分布式存储系统原理，熟悉Poxos/Raft协议，具有存储软件系统研发5年以上工作经验，具备ceph研发运维经验者优先；
2、精通RDMA Roce网络、OFED驱动及Mellanox硬件，有网络性能调优经验者优先；
3、具备扎实的linux kernel知识，熟悉kernel IO栈优先。
优先条件：
1.有过开源Ceph对象存储开发经验，或有过社区代码贡献；
2.对spdk、rocksdb这些经典开源项目有过代码级别的深入阅读和研究；
3.有自己的技术博客或github项目。
