Job Responsibilities:
Internal Communication:
Design and implement the organization’s internal communication strategy to enhance employee understanding and alignment with company strategy, values, and culture.
Oversee content creation and publication for internal media (e.g., employee newsletters, Intranet), including drafting, editing, layout design, translation/rewriting, and proofreading.
Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to foster company culture and cross-functional collaboration.
Establish effective communication channels between senior management and employees, facilitating leadership messaging and engagement.
Employee Engagement:
5. Plan and execute the annual employee engagement calendar, including all-hands meetings, town halls, festival celebrations, and employee care events.
6. Organize internal and cross-domain training programs to promote knowledge sharing and professional development.
7. Analyze employee feedback, provide insights to management, and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction.
Operation Support:
8. Manage departmental operational tasks, including workspace allocation, locker management, travel expense coordination, and holiday gift distribution.
9. Oversee intangible assets such as awards, certifications, patents, and copyrights.
10. Liaise with local property management for administrative and facility-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate HR operations.
Strong content creation and editing skills, with proficiency in newsletter and Intranet management.
Excellent project management abilities to organize events, training, and engagement initiatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather employee feedback and propose actionable improvements.
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between leadership and employees.
Detail-oriented with experience in administrative and operational support tasks.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
