客户开拓策略/工具开发数字化平台（Navi）应用推广

产服与绩优推动

产服综合推动，并入大健康推动职责，承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ，开展机构产服综合推动，管理培育外勤产品大使ECM活动及老客户产品交叉销售推动MDRT/COT/TOT以及五星会的专业推动等

大健康职责

大健康宣传、推广与培训大健康服务协调及治理对接窗口，协调分公司与总部大健康的对接

任职要求：

本科以上学历五年以上相关工作经验具备扎实的市场与营销知识熟悉寿险及健康险产品有创新性思维良好的沟通与表达能力能有效对员工进行业绩辅导良好的解决问题与决断的能力
