**Description:** 虎ノ門にあるハイアットブランド、アンダーズ 東京/ホテル虎ノ門ヒルズのクラスターである、レベニューマネジメントチームでの以下の業務を募集を致します。 ●日次、週次、月次の業績データ（稼働率、ADR、RevPAR）の収集および分析をサポートする。 ●レベニューマネージャーの指導のもと、収益および予測レポートを作成・配布する。 ●予約チャネルおよび社内システムにおける料金の設定・更新をサポートする。 ●市場および競合の基本的な調査を行い、価格動向を把握する。 ●セールスおよび予約チームと連携し、料金戦略の実行を支援する。 ● Assist in the collection and analysis of daily, weekly and monthly performance data (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR). ● Create and distribute revenue and forecast reports under the guidance of the Revenue Manager. ● Assist in setting and updating rates in reservation channels and internal systems. ● Conduct basic market and competitive research to understand pricing trends. ● Work with sales and reservations teams to assist in the implementation of rate strategies. **Qualifications:** ●ホスピタリティ、ビジネス、ファイナンス、または関連分野での学士号を取得していること。 ●Excelのスキルが高く、数字やデータの扱いに慣れていること。 ●分析的な思考力と細部への注意力があること。 ●コミュニケーション能力および時間管理能力に優れていること。 ●ホテルのレベニューマネジメント分野で学び、成長していく意欲があること。 ●日本語および英語での会話・読み書きができること（両言語とも必須） ● Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field. ● Strong Excel skills and familiarity with working with numbers and data. ● Analytical thinking and attention to detail. ● Excellent communication and time management skills. ● Willingness to learn and grow in the field of hotel revenue management. ● Ability to speak, read and write in Japanese and English (both languages required). **Primary Location:** JP-Kanto-Tokyo **Organization:** Andaz Tokyo **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** TOK002196 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
