Your primary responsibilities include: ・Identification of projects and proposal preparation. ・Leadership as a Project Manager (PM). ・Conducting detailed BPO research. **Required technical and professional expertise** ・Experience in proposing and leading projects for business process reform at a consulting firm or SI. ・ Experience in leading detailed business surveys, new business design, business transfers, and business operations at a BPO vendor. ・ Experience in leading projects for business efficiency improvement and outsourcing in accounting and finance departments of business corporations. ・ Logical thinking, promotion, communication, documentation, and Japanese language skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** ・Experience and track record in utilizing the latest technology (RPA, etc.) ・Business management and planning skills. ・Skills related to accounting system conceptualization and various solutions. ・Experience in global projects and business level English. ・High motivation to complete business reform. ・Communication skills to promote reforms with the client's management.
