ベーリンガーインゲルハイム製薬株式会社 勤務地:大崎オフィス ディマンドスタッフ **Basic Purpose of the Job*** + To develop monthly consensus sales forecast with assumptions and logical reasoning captured timely + To manage the end to end forecasting activities and processes for about 60 SKUs (20+ product brands) + To develop the Net Requirement Plan (NRP) for distribution centres timely, including purchase order issuance and delivery management + To manage and maintain optimize inventory levels at distribution centres to reduce risks of excess and obsolete while maintaining high customer service level + To communicate and collaborate with cross function teams on the demand plan to drive and support business results **Accountabilities*** **Related Performance Indicators / Roles and Responsibilities** 1. Develop monthly consensus sales forecast timely by collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Planning, Distribution Management and Finance ●Customer Service Level ●Forecast Accuracy ●Monthly Demand Review Report with forecast assumptions reviewed and captured ●Improve forecast accuracy through reviewing historical trends, soliciting inputs from various stakeholders, research into demand drivers and challenging stakeholders ●Conduct analysis for large forecast errors and provide recommendations ●Maintain data in the various planning systems 1. Create monthly 36 months rolling Net Requirement Plan (NRP) / replenishment for distribution centers ●Release of NRP timely to supply team ●Release of purchase orders timely ●Review inventory on hand, sales forecast, safety stock, order lead times to create ●Conduct analysis for lag gaps between plan and actuals and provide recommendations ●Maintain the Economic Order Quantity, Economic Order Coverage and/or other parameters relating to replenishment planning in the various planning systems 1. Maintain Proper Finished Goods inventory level in Business OPU / distribution centers ●Days of Inventory ●Customer Service Level ●Discards ●Review and analyze inventory expiration and obsolescence risk ●Conduct analysis for lag gaps between plan and actuals and provide recommendations ●Identify, communicate and coordinate with stakeholders on potential supply risks ●Maintain the Economic Order Quantity, Economic Order Coverage and/or other parameters relating to replenishment planning in the various planning systems 1. Support finished goods launches or end of life activities ●Achieve Launch Timeline ●Days of Inventory ●Discards ●Ensure that all events are reflected in the sales forecast and subsequently the NRP ●Review and monitor supply and inventory ●Maintain the key parameters on timeline and demand active status in the various planning systems 1. Contribute to BI worldwide by maintaining or proposing new and/or best practices or processes ●Team targets / timelines for projects ●Review and update the end-to-end above processes and standard operating procedures in accordance the various compliance standards ●Identify and develop new practices **Required Education** **Degree / Education** Bachelor’s degree (Any) or above **Major / Focus** **Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)** **Required Skills / Experience** ●Minimum 2 years’ experience in demand planning or minimum 3 years’ experience in supply planning, inventory planning and/or logistics ●Inter-personal skills and able to work cross-functionally ●Strong communication skills in facilitating meetings and communicating information ●Data analytical skills ●Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Power Pivot / Advanced formulas) and Powerpoint ●Experience in SAP ECC / SAP APO ●Team player, positive attitude and keen to learn **Language Skills & Proficiency** **Any of the following certifications would be preferred** **APICS – CPIM, CSCP, CLTD** **IBF – Cert. Professional Forecaster or Advanced Cert.
