商業施設における販売促進業務を推進するスタッフを募集しています。JLLグループのPM受託物件に限らず、他 社管理施設の販促業務の担当者として、企画の提案、業務の推進、予算の管理などをお任せします。
■年間販売促進計画の立案
■予算の管理
■企画の立案
■協力会社の手配・制作物、イベントなどのディレクション、効果検証
【働き方】原則、本社への出勤業務となりますが、担当物件へ出張等の際は、柔軟で効率的な働き方を容認しま す。将来的なジョブローテーションで商業施設に関わる他の担当業務に従事することも可能です。日系・外資企 業を織り交ぜた社風で働き易い環境を整備します。
【必須】
■商業施設の運営会社やイベント運営会社、広告代理店との販売促進、プロモーション共同の経験(発 注者側・制作側どちらの立場からの応募も歓迎します)
【スキル】
■MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)・Adobe Illustratorの基礎スキルが必要になります※ス キル習得意思があれば可
