仕事内容​

セールスアドバイザー（H&Mアパレル販売スタッフ）は、ストアの売上と利益に貢献する最高のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する役割を担っていまます。セールスアドバイザーとして、常にカスタマーを第一に考え、サポートを提供し、商品やファッションの知識を共有。店舗運営やカーメント（衣類）ケアを通じて、カスタマーが買い物をしやすい環境を整えます。​
また、自分の知識やスキルをチームメンバーと共有し、必要な時には助け合いながら、前向きな職場環境を築いてください。​

主な業務​

優れたカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する。​

ガーメント（商品）の陳列、補充、フロアの整理整頓、ディスプレイを行う。​

販売フロアや在庫室で積極的に商品を処理、補充、在庫管理を行う。​

商品を開封し、セキュリティタグを付けてラベルを貼る。​

レジにてお客様の購入や返品をサポートし、店内業務全般を担当。​

雇用契約期間：有期労働契約（アルバイト）​

試用期間:3～6か月間（試用期間中の給与・勤務時間：本採用と同じ）​

就業場所:（雇い入れ直後）H&M（ららぽーと磐田）、もしくは提示のあったそのほかの店舗​

就業時間 :シフト制（8時間労働・休憩60分）週2日～、1日4時間〜OK​

時間外労働の詳細：ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要​

時給：1065円～​

H&M Fashion USA, Inc. – Maki Assessment Tool: 

We use an online assessment tool called Maki for skills-based selection of applicants for sales advisor positions within some of our stores. Maki is not an automated decision-making tool. Rather, it is a tool that uses an AI-created avatar to present to you a set of multiple-choice questions. These questions are prepared by the H&M hiring team to assess candidates’ ability to perform the duties of the position for which they are applying. The assessment calculates your total score based on predefined point values provided by our H&M team. The hiring team will review your whole application, including your assessment score, to decide whether to advance each candidate to the next stage. Doing the assessment is optional. If you choose to complete the assessment, your score will be one factor that the hiring team considers. 

 If you have any difficulties or concerns with the online assessment method, you can request an alternative method of assessment by contacting [email protected]. Choosing an alternative method will not affect your chances of being considered for the position, nor does any assessment method provide an advantage or disadvantage in the selection process.
