What this job involves:

As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL Work Dynamics, you'll play a supportive yet critical role in managing site operations for our prestigious multinational technology client focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, and AI. Working closely with and reporting to the site manager, you'll help coordinate facility management strategy, implementation, and escalation processes while assisting with capital works projects that blend client requirements with local business needs. You'll be part of a diverse team responsible for maintaining exceptional workplace environments that reflect our client's commitment to inclusion and diversity. This position offers the opportunity to develop strong stakeholder relationships, assist with budget management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while advancing your career within JLL's established development framework. Your contributions will directly support creating workplaces where employees can thrive and be their authentic selves.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Establish and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders while supporting the site manager as a client contact for facility management needs in your regionAssist in monitoring site budgets, spending, and variance analysis, collaborating with the Finance Manager to ensure financial data accuracySupport the facilities team in delivering operations on time, within budget, and according to required standards while maintaining quality data reportingHelp coordinate the client's business approval process in your region, reviewing proposals before submission into client systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Design & Construction, Project Delivery Services, Engineering, and external professionals on project implementationContribute to quality monitoring and process improvements while following best practices across all operational areasSupport the management of vendor and landlord relationships while ensuring health and safety compliance with JLL and client policies

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management with some team coordination responsibilityDemonstrated experience supporting project or program management initiativesProficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholdersExperience supporting budget management and financial reporting in a facilities contextMeticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with multinational technology companies or similar corporate environmentsKnowledge of real estate transactions and portfolio planning processesFamiliarity with health and safety best practices and compliance requirementsExperience with business intelligence and reporting systemsEffective presentation skills for stakeholder communicationBackground in continuous improvement methodologiesExperience in team coordination and mentoring
