総務庶務業務の管理と支払・請求処理
業者支払とクライアント請求処理、業者登録処理清掃管理ユニフォームのクリーニング管理守衛・受付・アクセスカード管理郵便・社内便・宅配便管理送迎バス管理給茶機・自販機・弁当管理上記以外もチーム業務の一部を担当頂く事あり。また、休暇取得者のバックアップ業務あり(有休取得促進の為、チーム内互いにバックアップする体制)

ファシリティマネジメントや総務庶務、経理に関連する業務経験があると望ましいExcel、Word、PowerPoint、メールソフトをビジネスで使用する十分なスキルがある英語での電話会議に参加できるビジネス英語力がある。ビジネスで英語使用経験がない場合、目安としてTOEIC750点以上望ましい人物像コミュニケーションが得意チーム内外のメンバーと信頼関係を築き、協力できる論理的に考えることができる支払・請求処理等の確認作業に興味があり、楽しんで取り組める複雑な問題に直面しても、その解決に積極的に取り組み、楽しんで挑戦できる【勤務】
8:45-17:30(昼休憩:12:00-13:00)、土日祝休み、夏季・年末年始休暇あり。但し、一部祝日は平日と振替あり。有給休暇以外にも有給の病気休暇あり。【チーム構成】

Responsibilities:
Vendor payments and client billing, vendor registrationCleaning managementUniform cleaning managementSecurity, reception, and access card managementMail, internal mail, and courier managementShuttle bus managementTea machine, vending machine, and lunch-box managementIn addition, some team tasks as well as backup duties for team members on leave
Duties:
Maintain and improve service qualityEnhance client and end-user satisfactionVendor managementManage actual vendor costs within budgetExpected experiences, skills and capabilities:
Experience in facility management, general affairs, or accounting-related tasks is desirablePC skills at business level, e.g., MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointBusiness level in English proficiency to participate in teleconferences.
