此職位隸屬於面銷通路長 - 面銷業務支援部 【Role Responsibilities】 We are looking for a passionate and experienced team leader to join our F2F Channel Sales Planning Division. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately eight members to drive operational efficiency and support frontline performance. 我們正在尋找一位充滿熱情且具備管理經驗的團隊領導者，加入我們的面對面通路銷售企劃部門。此職位將帶領約 8 人團隊，專注於提升業務通路營運效能，協助第一線團隊表現。 【Key responsibilities】 1. Team Leadership & Operational Support｜團隊領導與營運支援： Lead the team to support F2F channel operations, including the management and enhancement of digital sales tools, development of marketing materials, and execution of partner incentive programs. 帶領團隊支援面對面通路之營運工作，包含數位輔銷工具的管理與優化、行銷素材的製作，以及獎勵制度的設計與執行。 2. Digital Transformation Implementation｜數位轉型推進： Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to execute Chubb’s digital transformation strategy and improve sales operation efficiency. 依循公司數位轉型策略，與跨部門專案團隊協作，推動銷售營運流程之優化與效率提升。 3. Talent Development｜團隊發展： Foster a data-driven and digital-first mindset across the sales planning team by mentoring and upskilling team members in analytical thinking and agile delivery. 培養團隊具備數據思維與數位導向，協助同仁建立分析能力與敏捷執行力。
