1. Working experience 8 year+ 

2. Must have insurance industry experience 

3. CPA firm working experience is a plus 

4. Familiar with Sun account system (nice to have) / Microsoft Office 

5. Cross-functional communication skills 

6. Proactive and punctual 

7. Good skills in problem-solving 

8. At least Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting related fields
