Also, the Guest Experience Manager should be responsible for delivering smooth and profitable operations on a daily basis, promoting dynamic operations through providing outstanding guest experiences. Leadership and specialized knowledge and skills to make a positive influence on guest experiences through interaction with guests are required for the Guest Experience Manager. Also, the person in this position is expected to train, mentor, motivate, support, and inspire on-site staff (hosts) and to be a role model for them. **KEY OBJECTIVES** ・Lead a team with passion, and support and mentor the career development of each operation staff member. ・Focusing on making a great first impression on guests, become a “best-in-class” role model at the site. ・Drive forward improving guest experiences from the guest’s perspective across the whole attraction. ・Collect, analyze, and report information and data related to guest experiences from internal surveys and online data. ・Work together with others as a team and build a fun and professional working environment with established values of Merlin Entertainment and its attraction brand through mutual support, communication, and encouragement. ・Conduct training for play makers and Master Model Builder (MMB) to improve their skill and commitment. ・Organize training materials and manage progress to keep the materials up to date. ・In order to provide seamless experiences consistent with the brand concept, give assistance to operation and management in a commercial area. Provide and maintain experiences that consistently meet our company’s high standard. ・Perform the Duty Manager’s role as required, ensuring that the facility presentation meets quality standards and the entertainment provided at the site is consistently maintained at a high standard. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ・Work together and share information and ideas regarding these items as following with managers from each department on a regular basis : Commercial Target, Quality Management, Cost Management, Staff Deployment, and Operational Issues ・Work together with GM to support PR and marketing campaigns, as well as mentor and train staff, and establish risk management and safety and health standards ・Respond to complaints from guests proactively based on policy, and keep records for future review. ・Use business knowledge to conduct staff evaluation, induction training, evaluations at the end of probation, and interviews in a fair and consistent manner. ・Manage staff deployment and shift planning appropriately in order to deliver necessary tasks within the budget. ・Deliver results consistently against the goal set based on customer satisfaction benchmark.
