【為什麼要加入我們】
實習專案/導師制度：每位實習生將進行為期6個月，20小時/周的專業/專案實習，部門指派Mentor做為實習生的專屬導師，除了教導與協助專業問題外，更為實習生提供職涯發展上的意見。 透過新人教育訓練課程、專屬座談活動及期末成果發表會，凝聚實習生們的團隊情感和向心力。美光不僅在乎你專業上的成長，更在乎你在美光的生活。 美光可以讓你接觸來自台灣各學校的優秀同儕，來自全世界的頂尖工程師。

【實習相關資訊】
實習地點： 台中中科后里園區 & 桃園林口華亞科技園區
實習期間：為期6個月，每週工時：20小時（可配合課表安排實習時間）
條件需求：
• 大三、大四、碩一、碩二
• 科系背景：電子、電機、材料、化工、物理、機械、資管、資工等理工科系以及數學、統計、工工與工管等相關科系
• 可配合每週至少 2～3 天到班 • 適合希望提早接觸業界、累積實務經驗的學生
• 提供實習津貼與專案參與機會 • 實習表現優異者有機會獲得正職工作機會
