主な職務: ペイロールベンダー・社内チームメンバーと連携し、給与がタイムリーかつ正確に支払われるよう、給与計算業務、必要な法定申告を処理します。

担当範囲
・勤怠管理システムを含む月次/年次の給与サイクルの対応、進捗管理

・業務委託先外部ベンダーとの業務連携、調整
・ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを通じて、ペイロールとしてのプロセスおよびガバナンスの確認
・法制度改定対応や運用ルール策定、フロー構築サポート
・テクノロジーや自動化を活用し、業務の効率化と品質の向上に貢献する
・給与に関連する問い合わせ1次対応
・HRポータルのカスタマーサービスをサポート
・給与に関連する請求管理
・HRIS(Workday)の処理とレポート作成 

働き方:出社と在宅勤務を併せたハイブリット ※フルリモートは不可


勤務地:東京本社

 

【必須(MUST)】

・日本での給与計算の経験 2年以上必須。
 ‐1,000人以上の社員規模の給与計算の経験があれば尚良し
 ‐ペイロールベンダーとの給与計算業務の経験があれば尚可
・HRやオペレーション担当と連携し給与計算に必要な情報の収集ができること
・経費や福利厚生関連の社員の税金に係る基本知識
・PeopleSoftなどの給与ソフトウェアシステムを使用した実務経験
・MS OfficeーExcel 中級以上必須
・日本語:ネイティブレベル
 

【歓迎(WANT)】

・英語:ビジネスでの使用経験あれば尚良(APAC等海外との会議、プロジェクト対応の機会有り)目安:TOEIC750以上
・チームメンバーと共にフローの最適化に対してプロアクティブに実行した経験
・機密情報取扱いの経験
・細部への注意力と正確性
