■ Job Description
As a Content Delivery Associate (CDA), you will be responsible for managing the content creation and to support the Biopharmaceuticals teams. The Content Delivery Associate will report into the Content Delivery Managers (CDM) and will work closely with the BBU brand teams, agency partners, preferred production partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of assets.
■Responsibilities:
Work directly with the CDM and brand teams to deliver commercial marketing content which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and other assets.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies of record, production partners and cross-functional teams to ensure that assets are executed efficiently and effectivelyManage content creation deliverables through coordination with our preferred production partnerOversee the review and approval process, working with appropriate cross-functional partnersWork closely with our internal creative team to execute brand requestsManage multiple projects simultaneously from kick-off to final approvalAttend brand, agency and content creation partner status calls to review asset progress, discuss risks and opportunities and align on prioritiesAccurately track assets in the project management tool to ensure production savings are captured correctly.Manage assets reapprovals and expirations.■Requirements:
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or an advertising agencyDemonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teamsExperience working with a collaboration/external partnerProject management abilities with experience managing complete and concurrent projectsDemonstrated ability to lead and produce results in a matrix environment – “Lead without Authority” is preferredExperience working in the pharmaceutical industry is desired■Language
