Site Name: Japan - Tochigi - Imaichi Posted Date: May 30 2025 職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities OQ Leadの業務内容は、以下のようなものである。 The duties of the OQ Lead are as follows. ・逸脱管理コーディネーターとして、逸脱による製品品質への影響を評価し、処理の確認、使用可否を判断する。また、適切なアクションが取られている事を確認する。今市工場製造品や海外製造元からの輸入品に関する逸脱を調査し、上長と共に受入れ可否を判断する。 ・As a deviation coordinator, evaluate the impact of abnormalities and deviations on product quality, confirm processing, and determine whether or not to use it. Confirm that appropriate action is taken. Investigate deviations in products manufactured at the Imaichi Plant and imported products from overseas manufacturers and decide with your superiors whether or not to accept them. ・今市工場製造部門や海外製造元と連携し、品質改善を推進する。 ・Promote quality improvement in cooperation with the Imaichi Plant manufacturing department and overseas manufacturers. ・正しい品質の製品が出荷されるよう、チーム内、もしくはチーム外との問題解決をリードする。 ・Lead problem-solving within and outside the team to ensure that products of the correct quality are shipped. ・課内改善プロジェクトをリードし、生産性を向上するためのアクションを推進する。 ・Lead internal improvement projects and drive actions to enhance productivity. ・日本市場に適切な品質の製品を導入するため、新製品導入プロセスをサポートする。 ・Support the new product introduction process to introduce products of appropriate quality to the Japanese market. ・製品品質に影響するテクニカル文書をレビューし、問題がある場合に上長へ報告する。 ・Review technical documents that affect product quality, and report any problems to superiors. ・チーム内業務進捗、成果を確認する。 ・Check the work progress and results within the team. ・チームの枠を超えた課内業務についてサポートする。 ・Support for intra-section work that goes beyond the framework of the team. ・今市サイトのシフト勤務をカバーする。 ・Covering shift work at the Imaichi site. 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill ・リーダーシップスキル(Leadership skills) ・問題解決能力(Problem-solving ability) ・QMS/EHS概論の理解(Understanding QMS/EHS overview) 経験 Experience ・製造管理又は品質管理業務に3年以上従事した経験(More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing management or quality control) 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力(TOEIC800点程度)(Communication skills in English (TOEIC score of around 800) ・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力(Communication skills in Japanese) 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification スキル Skill ・化学/薬学の知識(Knowledge of chemistry/pharmacy) ・SAPの知識(Knowledge of SAP) ・統計の知識(Knowledge of statistics) 経験 Experience ・製造現場での経験(Manufacturing experience) 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language ・薬学、化学、生物、工学系の学士あるいは修士(Bachelor's degree or master's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or engineering.) ※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。 Why GSK?
