\nWhat will I be doing?

\n\n

As Wedding Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tContributes ideas / initiatives to support field event management to further develop business.\n\tWork with the Pro Active Team to convert businesses and assist bringing the sales efficiency to the maximum level. \n\tEnsures that all team members are actively using by relevant Manager and entering pertinent and correct information on a regular basis.\n\tEntertains decision-makers as required to promote potential business.\n\tEnsures Event Orders and Check List as per established hotel guideline.\n\tCoordinate the event and hand it over to operation team on event day.\n

What are we looking for?

\n\n\n\tExcellent communication skills in Japanese\n\tHigh level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\n\tProactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets\n\tExcellent organisational and administration skills\n\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\n\n\tPrevious experience in a Wedding or coordinating task\n\n\n
